To write an accessible and practical guide for commissioners, case workers, social workers and health professionals working with people with a learning disability, autistic people, and their families that: •Sets out the legal roles and responsibilities within and between NHSE and councils to assess, commission, fund and review the support provided in the community to people with a learning disability, autistic people, and their family carers.
