## Description

The works shall comprise the design and construction of 48 Nr Residential dwellings together with associated external works including drainage and service connections on three separate sites along Surtees Street, Hartlepool\. All as Employer's Requirements and Appendices\. The Contract will commence on the 20th February 2023 for the duration of 88 weeks\. All completed documentation must be completed and returned via the ProContract e-tendering portal only and by no later than 2pm on Friday 13th January 2023\.
