Registration timing and timely payment - new SA customers' views

HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) requires a supplier from the Research Marketplace agreement (RM6018) to undertake research aimed at improving our understanding of the views of newly registered Income Tax Self Assessment (ITSA) customers, and those yet to register, on registration timing and timely payment of tax.
