## Description

The Council wishes to procure an off-the-shelf, cloud-based, legal case management system with court bundling capability for its Legal Services department\. The system must be a Commercial Off the Shelf \(COTS\) system needing no, or very little development and any required configuration being able to be completed by authorised council users\. There will be a requirement to transfer the records and documents \(case, emails, documents, time and cost information\) from the incumbent on-premise system to the winning bidder's cloud-based system\. The Council's Legal Services is an in-house team of lawyers and support staff which provides advice to all departments of the county council, and to some external clients such as schools/academies and parish councils\.
