RMBC-AP- Passive Fire Works Surveys and Quality Assurance Services-AWARDED - AWARD

AWARDED-The Authority is seeking to procure the services of a Fire Consultancy Firm to carry out the comprehensive surveys to the flat doors, communal fire doors and any fire stopping works required in the communal areas of the blocks/schemes. The appointed fire consultancy firm will also be required to check & certify the works after completion. It is estimated that the around 750 flats doors and 100 communal fire doors would be required to be surveyed and quality checked (after the work) along with the fire stopping works in around 100 blocks over the next 3 years.
