## Description

The Council wishes to engage with a supplier to provide professional services to support the progression of the data, performance and business intelligence strategy\. The supplier will primarily mentor and coach nominated ERYC employees, but also provide specialist, strategic, technical advice and support through two pieces of proof of concept work to bring data together from multiple line of business systems\.
