Description

Consultancy and Advisory Services for Health - SBS10197 - Lot 1 Business, leadership, management, governance, structure and strategy. Carnall Farrar will provide strategic transformation and technical delivery services to Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust and Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust across a 12-month period. This work will be delivered on-site and remotely in a hybrid model in 4 delivery phases: Phase 1: Foundation and Discovery (Months 1-2): agree ways of working and governance, establish a baseline through current-state assessments across both trusts and review the technical landscape Phase 2: Roadmap development and Use Case Design (Months 2-3): coproduce an FDP Transformation Roadmap, benefits framework and design requirements for a new FDP product. Phase 3: Build, Delivery and Upskilling (Months 4-10): co-build and delivery of the new FDP product, productization of the Community Waiting List Management Tool across two additional services, adoption of Health Decision Suite (HDS) and Unified Patient Manager (UPM) along with at least two further FDP products. Structured upskilling of the Trusts' internal data and digital teams. Phase 4: Embedding, Handover and Legacy (Months 10-12): Production of a full product handover and Champion Trust End-of-Year Outcomes Report; knowledge transfer; finalisation of the Transformation Roadmap of the past 12 months.
