Provision of domestic, armoury, technical infrastructure, and CIS sufficient to host a NATO Deployed Communications Module (DCM) capability for operation by 280 Sig Sqn in the UK and commensurate with NATO requirements and/or agreement where those standards cannot be delivered or met in full by JSP 315.
