CSG - Expert Insight and advisory support

To support the Director in this critical role the requirement is for an enterprise, executive advisory relationship and thinking partner. HMRC are procuring specialists in executive research, insight, and benchmarking data, as well as access advice, and networking from industry peers within the field of Customer Service provision.

Support required will include specialist executive, insight, and advice to optimise both HMRC's general Customer Service provision and operational delivery. In addition, HMRC would expect to be able to access further additional resources through the relationship including: a wide range of Peer and Expert Practitioner research, enterprise thinking events and meetings, written and digital learning content.
