## Description

Ongoing outsourcing of Legal Services regarding professional legal fees for all historical cases being deal with by Shoosmiths LLP\. The retrospective legal services being provided to RCIT enable the supplier to provide ongoing support to the Regulatory Compliance Investigations Team \(RCIT\) for their intended prosecution cases\.
