## Description

The Council is inviting tenders for architectural services in relation to the proposed creation of a two screen cinema in an existing space at the Corn Exchange theatre in King's Lynn\. The proposed contract will require a multi-disciplinary team to design structural alterations to the Grade II listed building, as well as all of the works necessary to create the cinema spaces, including seating, projection and screen equipment and other technical systems\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
