\*\*\*\*\* THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION \*\*\*\*\* This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCS Research & Insights RM6126 DPS\. Brief Description of Requirement This research project will deliver an evaluation of the UK's participation in the EU Copernicus Earth Observation Programme\. This evaluation is intended to inform our understanding of the impact of participation for the UK and the cost effectiveness of investment in the Copernicus programme\. This will be the first UK-specific evaluation of the Copernicus programme and is vital to underpin future decision making around ongoing participation\.
