DVLA is looking for proposals for the Provision of Desktop Scanners and Microfilm Readers and Support and Maintenance required to; - Assist in ensuring the digital scanning of documents for casework and investigation purposes such as urgent re-scans, oversized or delicate documents and licences\. - To ensure the integrity, security and confidentiality of the evidence and documents \(application forms, identity documents etc\)\. - Allowing access to historic driver and vehicle records for casework purposes and Police requests\.
