## Description

West Suffolk Council are currently out to tender for the provision of a water systems compliancy specialist contractor to undertake the following duties at property managed by, and within the boundaries of, West Suffolk Council\. - Examination and advice on improving current and proposed overarching legislative and best practice management controls / policies\. - Legionella risk assessments and reviews - Water hygiene monitoring and controls \(Prevention of Legionella\)\. - Shower de-scale / cleaning\. - Tap / outlet de-scale / cleaning\. - Water sampling and laboratory analysis reporting\. - Legionella training and certification of those responsible persons on sites for water services\. - Prescribed method cleaning of water systems and chemical disinfection\. - Maintenance / upgrade / refurbishment / inspect & report of storage tanks / calorifiers\. - Maintenance of on-going site water dosing systems\. - Maintenance, monitoring and testing of rainwater recycling plant systems\. - Maintenance, monitoring and testing of vehicle wash recycling plant systems\. The contract will be for a period of three years commencing on 1 August 2022, with an option to extend for a maximum of a further two years\.
