Manorfields is a temporary accommodation facility located in a residential area in Orpington. The site last had works 8 years ago to retrofit the building from an older person's care home into its current use. Following the Operation Property Review, it was revealed that the site has a significant maintenance backlog. With these backlogs and rising pressures for the Council to provide quality temporary accommodation, the Council is seeking to invest into the Manorfields temporary accommodation facility, ensuring best use of the space and improving conditions for residents. This tender sought to award a contract to perform Quantity Surveyor Services to refurbish the Manorfields TA Site, RIBA stages 2-6 . A closed below threshold tender process was applied
