To carry out the maintenance of the Council's esixting plants at the Council Offices, Holt Road, Cromer Norfolk NR27 9EN, to include watering, feeding, removal of dead leaves and debris, replacement of dead plants, cleabing of leaves, organic bio pest control, pruning and staking.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
