Work description
Wokingham Borough Council (WBC) are inviting tenders for the provision of the consultancy services needed to complete periodic Fire Risk Assessments (FRA's) as below;
Type 1 assessment; Non-destructive assessment of the common parts of a building.
Type 3 assessment; Non-destructive assessment of the common parts of the building and the flats.
