## Description

Investment in the HAGDMS and HADDMS asset information systems has been limited in recent years on the basis that they were expected to be replaced by an integrated asset information system \(IAM IS\)\. The current time frame for replacement of HADMS and HADDMS is in 2019/2020 and there is now an unacceptably high risk of system failure/loss of access to data if the systems are not updated by July 2019\.\(Legacy Systems Strategy Paper\) \[Highways England Oct 2017\] This task provides the ability of Highways England to manage the risks associated with the HAGDMS and HADDMS legacy systems, until such time that they are either
