## Description

The digital traded service aim to reduce the administrative burden split across all services that trade to schools/ academies, by streamlining and consolidating interactions through a single solution for the organisation, bolstering the 'Buy Doncaster' traded services ability to be consistent and embrace a 'virtual one stop shop' approach\. Customers will be able to purchase everything that they require from the Council through a single route of access\. A digital platform will allow Buy Doncaster central team to forward plan more effectively and give internal providers and Buy Doncaster customers a more consistent service delivery\. The website will provide a digital service offer of all traded services, and provide previous order history to the buyer i\.e\. Service Specifications, Service Level Agreements and Previous Order Summary\. The website should provide a means for our customers to see our variety of products and services, allow the Council to promote /market services and facilitate growth in sales\. The website should build on brand loyalty for our existing customers to maximise sales growth, and to entice new customers to increase our customer base\. To achieve this, the website will be eyecatching, professional, user friendly, attractive and feature at the top of search engines\. The website will provide a single point of access for our customers, providing a standard approach to our traded services by providing clear expectations and consistency in delivery\.
