The Police and Crime Commissioners for Warwickshire and West Mercia (the Authority) invite Tenders for the Provision of Networked Multifunctional Devices as outlined within the ITT and the Schedules attached hereto for the period 3 years with option to extend for a further 1 year period subject to: • The on-going organisational requirements of the Authority • The Supplier maintaining satisfactory levels of performance throughout the period of the contract • The Supplier demonstrating on-going value for money
