## Description

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is intending to tender for its Grounds Maintenance Services in September, with the intention of having 3 year contract\(s\) in place by January 2020\. We are alerting potential suppliers to this opportunity and at the same time inviting interested parties to attend a short \(approx\. 1 hr\) engagement meeting, where we can explain more fully both our requirement and also the tender process, ahead of the tender being published\. We have set aside 2 dates for the engagement meetings:- Monday 19th August 10\.30am-11\.30am Thursday 22nd August 3\.30pm-4\.30pm Both will be at the Trust's head office - Sentinel House, 4-6 Nuffield Rd\., Poole, Dorset BH17 0RB As spaces may be limited please could you confirm your intention to attend \(and on which day\) by Monday 12th August please\.
