This is a call-off from Contract TD1668 - Avison Young. To support the delivery of Derby City Council's Station Gateway Regeneration Programme, through the provision of estate and delivery strategy advice for St Andrews House. This will be accompanied by: 1. Valuation report of St Andrews House. 2. Build Cost Estimates to obtain a clear understanding of financial requirements for potential developments. 3. Redevelopment Appraisal to identify redevelopment opportunities and mitigation of potential risks. 4. Asset Management Strategy to inform the cost and delivery options associated with the site. 5. Provide Holding Cost Estimates 6. Dilapidation Liability Assessment. 7. Phase 1 SI Study 8. Project Management Fees associated with the coordination of the above activities.
