Redevelopment Appraisal to identify redevelopment opportunities and mitigation of potential risks\. 4\. Asset Management Strategy to inform the cost and delivery options associated with the site\. 5\. Provide Holding Cost Estimates 6\. Dilapidation Liability Assessment\. 7\. Phase 1 SI Study 8\. Project Management Fees associated with the coordination of the above activities\.
