## Description

Academic recognition for the Barefoot Coaching experience will be through the unique Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching \(WBIS\), and its three core 20-credit modules: Coaching to Enable Change, Coaching in an Organisational Setting and Coaching in Practice\. Working with the facilitators at Barefoot Coaching, candidates will build on and deepen their training experience using rigorous academic reflection to create powerful new insights into themselves and the practice\.
