## Description

Call-off agreement under the terms & conditions of the HCA Multidisciplinary Panel \(https://www\.gov\.uk/government/publications/hca-contracts-and-tenders\)\. The appointed consultants are to scope, carry out or commission preliminary site surveys and technical reports, making recommendations for further work or investigations required for scheme development and planning application purposes\. This will include: Flood Risk and Water Management, Drainage, Utilities, Ground Risk and Contamination, Air Quality, Noise and Vibration, Ecology, Cultural Heritage and Archaeology, Asbestos Issue related to Demolition and Topography\.
