Research on VCSE Procurement

Description

The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) requires a Supplier to conduct research into the role, and the potential role, of Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations in delivering public sector contracts. The key objective of this commission is to provide robust evidence, analysis and policy recommendations on the growth potential and barriers to entry for VCSE organisations delivering public sector contracts. This research will inform development of policy within DCMS and across Government.
