West Bletchley Council wishes to appoint a consultant civil engineer (the consultant) to act as lead designer and lead consultant of a multi-disciplinary team to undertake the design development of our project at Rickley Park (Figure 1). This will be to progress from the existing Concept Master Plan (RIBA Stage 2) to Technical Design (RIBA Stage 4).
