Roofing for High Borrans Cumbria Ref 21-064 Traditional Roofing

he Authority is seeking suitably qualified Contractors to provide Traditional Roofing Replacement at its outdoor residential facility at High Borrans, Windemere, Cumbria, LA23 1JS. The Successful Contradtor will be acting as Principal Contractor.

Tenderers should note that Phase 1 of the Works are anticipated to start April 2023 with phase 2 of the Works anticipated to commence April 2024. Each Phase is anticipated to be 4 months duration. Tenderers should note that as this scheme is not within the Borough of North Tyneside, they may need to consider and add to their submission for travel and lodgings (subsistence) if required Interested Bidders must carry out a survey which MUST be requested via the NEPO Portal as per the Tender documents.
