AEQUUS DEVELOPMENTS LTD - Refurbishment of ADL Property Portfolio Framework

ADL was established by Bath and North East Somerset Council (\"BANES\") in March 2016 to develop, deliver, own and manage its private residential property assets as well as to deliver new property developments for both private ownership and the private rented sector on a case by case basis. ADL currently holds (and will hold) the leasehold of a number of important properties within the centre of the city of Bath. Consisting mainly of the upper floors of Georgian buildings (old offices, retail or residential spaces) and some single dwellings, ADL now wish to carry out a programme of alteration, refurbishment and remodelling works to these properties to form individual one, two and three bed apartments for market rental.

It is anticipated that the number of existing properties (individual floors and single wellings) could be up to 50 in total, carried out over a period of 4 years.
