## Description

South Yorkshire Housing Association \(SYHA\) requires the services of suitably qualified and experienced Company/ies to provide the Association with gardening - grounds maintenance, specialist landscaping and tree works for a variety of SYHA properties\. As the Associations' properties cover a wide area we have broken the grounds maintenance element of the contract into seven areas \(Lots 1 - 7\) Lot 8 is for specialist landscaping and Lots 9 and 10 are for planned and ad hoc tree works\. Suppliers are invited to quote for as many Lots as they wish but must be able to cover all properties/requirements within each Lot they are quoting for\.
