Description
The Authorising Engineer (Ventilation) shall be appointed by the Director of Capital and Estates (Designated Person) and shall be responsible for advising on the implementation, management and annual auditing and monitoring of the application of HTM 03 together with advising on 2gether Support Solutions compliance with SFG20, statutory regulations and best practice. It is mandatory that you must be registered with IHEEM. Failure to do will result in your tender submission been withdrawn. The Authorising Engineer (Ventilation) shall provide support to 2gether Support Solutions Ltd, Director of Capital & Estates on the operational management of the ventilation safety programme to eradicate the 2gether Support Solutions Ltd residual backlog maintenance risks relating to ventilation safety (identified in appropriate risk assessments, the 2gether Support Solutions risk register and regular condition surveys). The Authorising Engineer (Ventilation) shall provide independent professional advice and support to the Senior Operational Manager, the Estates and Capital Development Teams and the Director of Capital & Estates for all new developments, review documentation on verification and witness the process as necessary.
