Karbon Homes - External Decoration 2021/2024

Description

Karbon Homes seek to appoint up to 3 contractors (one per lot) to undertake external decoration works across multiple estates within the following areas: - Lot 1 (Hexham/Northumberland/ Prudhoe/ Blaydon-on-Tyne/ Newcastle/ Byker) - Lot 2 (Chester-Le-Street/ Wynyard/ Consett/ Stanley/ Langley Park) - Lot 3 (Gateshead/ Darlington/ Bishop Auckland/ Stockton/ Hartlepool/ Middlesbrough/ North Yorkshire) The scope of works will vary between properties based on the address lists provided. The work will be undertaken on a supply and fit basis. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
