## Description

Karbon Homes seek to appoint up to 3 contractors \(one per lot\) to undertake external decoration works across multiple estates within the following areas: - Lot 1 \(Hexham/Northumberland/ Prudhoe/ Blaydon-on-Tyne/ Newcastle/ Byker\) - Lot 2 \(Chester-Le-Street/ Wynyard/ Consett/ Stanley/ Langley Park\) - Lot 3 \(Gateshead/ Darlington/ Bishop Auckland/ Stockton/ Hartlepool/ Middlesbrough/ North Yorkshire\) The scope of works will vary between properties based on the address lists provided\. The work will be undertaken on a supply and fit basis\. Prosper Procurement Ltd \("PROSPER"\) is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body\.
