GB-Shrewsbury: WME 003 - Standing Offer for the Supply of Petroleum Fuels

This is an award notice for the supply of petroleum fuels for a period of three years commencing 1 October 2019. This standing offer contract will be awarded as part of the ESPO framework agreement, reference 301_2016 Liquid Fuels, under the associated Terms and Conditions.

West Mercia Energy (WME) is a public sector owned buying organisation jointly owned by Shropshire Council, Herefordshire Council, Telford & Wrekin Council and Worcestershire County Council. WME is established as a joint committee under the Local Government Act 1972. WME offers energy procurement and management on behalf of its Owning Authorities and a number of other Local Authorities and outside public bodies.
