BIG001-1007 Provision of MPs; MSPs;MLAs; AMs Survey Services

The National Lottery Community Fund (the Fund) is seeking to procure services for the provision of a package of tailored surveys to measure awareness, favourability and advocacy levels of the organisations amongst Westminster MPs and members of the Assemblies of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Surveys of MPs and elected representatives are carried out to understand MPs perceptions of The National Lottery Community Fund and to gauge our reputation amongst this stakeholder group year on year. Whilst a means to measure the Fund's perceived performance amongst this group, the surveys are also used to assess and inform Public Affairs and wider communications strategy. The National Lottery Community Fund has been carrying out surveys in this format for the last two and a half years, this contract is coming to an end. The Fund seeks a provider that is able to offer similar services. For the same benefits; aligned communications planning and analysis of findings and standardised corporate reporting.
