## Description

Tenders are required for a Surfacing project in Oxhey Woods - South Oxhey\. Oxhey Woods is a large ancient semi-natural woodland in Three Rivers District, this contract seeks to improve access by surfacing two sections of the London LOOP and regrading an existing surfaced path\. The work involves: •Surfacing of two sections of the London LOOP, totalling 900m\. •Regrading 2270m of existing surfaced path\. Works are required over the Winter 2024-25 to be completed by March 2025 The full tendering information and specification is contained in the tender documents attached to this notice\. Estimated value is £100 - £150k Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
