The Design and Construction of 3Nr Dwellings and associated external works at Sheds Lane, Saffron Walden

Uttlesford District Council are inviting Expressions of Interest for the tender for the Design and Construction of 3Nr dwellings together with the associated demolition of the existing garages, external works, drainage connections and external services. The dwelling mix is 2Nr Semi-detached Houses and 1 Nr detached Bungalow both of which are for Affordable Rented Tenure, the bungalow has been designed to suit the needs of a disabled occupant. The scheme is split across two sites on Sheds Lane, Saffron Walden (Site A - Semi-Detached houses, Site B - Detached Bungalow), with the sites being in extremely close proximity to each other. Planning reference is UTT/16/2156/FUL. Please be advised that the deadline for the receipt of Expressions of Interest is Friday 3rd February 2017.
