## Description

City of Wolverhampton Council seeks to appoint a supplier to produce a masterplan for the Wolverhampton Innovation District\. This comprises a masterplan for Brewers Yard and a higher-level framework plan for the Green Innovation Corridor\. The outputs of this work will help to set the strategic direction for the Innovation District and support engagement with the market - with a view to securing the right investment/development partner\(s\) for the scheme\. The appointment will be done via the ESPO Framework- Consultancy Services 664\_25
