Work description
The Brigade requires new contract provision to be in place for 1st April 2022 with regard to the provision of Air conditioning planned & reactive maintenance services.
Scope It is envisaged that a single Contractor shall be responsible for the planned preventative and reactive maintenance of Air conditioning installations throughout the CFA Estate.
The Requirements
The full technical specification of requirements is included within the bid package, however the below provides a brief overview of the contract requirements.
The Cyclical Maintenance for the Air Conditioning Installations shall be applicable to the general composition of the installations as follows:-
- Evaporator Equipment - Condenser Equipment - Refrigerant Pipework
