## Description

Maldon District Council's requirement under this Contract is for a series of works at the Promenade Park located in Maldon, Essex\. The works revolve around a feature known as the amphitheatre which is central within the Prom Park\. The scheme of works will include decommission of both the amphitheatre bricked wings and then include a rebuild of both wings at a reduced level and with new materials\. The top half of the amphitheatre will require landscaping and grading back to a natural surface state i\.e\. soil and turf\. The works must be completed in such a way that the two wings \(2 levels in height\) are in keeping with the rest of the structure\. The new wings must be reinforced and tidied into the banks to ensure longevity and structural safety
