Eastleigh Borough Council \(EBC\) is inviting Tenders from Artists and Creative Design Practitioners to develop and deliver an exciting, imaginative and site-specific bespoke Play Environment for the local community\. EBC will welcome Tenders across the creative disciplines, and welcomes collaborative approaches between Design Practitioners and appropriate Delivery Partners of their choosing\.
