a.the systematic monitoring of OfS performance, helping to measure our performance against key performance indicators b.enable us to measure the ongoing impact of OfS activities, particularly for information, advice and guidance to students c.develop our understanding of student views on emerging regulatory issues

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
