Precast Concrete - Bridge Beams, Bridge Parapets, Bridge Pier Shells, Box Culverts

Eiffage Kier are delivering C2 and C3 of the HS2 main civils works between Amersham and Southam and will be shortly going out to market for the supply of precast concrete products. Approximate requirements detailed as follows:

Pre-stressed concrete "U" and "W" bridge beams (47no. overbridges & viaducts -approx. 20,000m of beam) Precast concrete parapets (approx. 18,000m) Precast concrete culverts ranging from 1.5m x 1.5m to 6m x 3.5m (approx. 8,000m) Precast concrete pier shells (approx.700m) Various headwall, wing walls, deck slabs, cill beams

Due to the scale of the scheme we may award packages in a number of lots to ensure demands are met.

Full details, specifications and programme will be provided to the successfully shortlisted suppliers. Suppliers should take cognisance of the scale of this project and should carefully and realistically assess their internal capabilities to be able to carry out the intended scope of works, prior to completing this expression of interest (EOI).
