Work description
The tender brief invites submissions from consultants to undertake work as follows:
Part 1: To identify the key activities and opportunities existing in and around Lancaster centre and draw these together into an articulate, accessible, and visually stimulating long-term Vision for the city.
Part 2: To develop a realistic Investment Framework and delivery model.
