## Description

The primary outcome of this commission is a viable OBC with feasible outline design be supported by economic, social and environmental evidence\. The OBC should consider additional appraisal work for Environment opportunities, fish passes at Byfleet weir and Broadoak and felling Byfleet weir asset\. All the work shall be supported by economic, social and environmental evidence\.
