Basildon Borough Council \(the "Council"\) wishes to select a Contractor\(s\) for demolition of existing building, design, supply, delivery,installation and commissioning of a new modular Changing Places Toilet in Lake Meadows Park in Billericay\. Please refer to the tender documentation for a full description of this requirement\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
