Track and Trace programme Internal Comms Team: CPO Office

EY will support the development of an internal communications and engagement plan and the management and delivery of internal communications and engagement activity to the 40,000 people working on the programme. This is an extension of the existing services EY has been providing to date. In addition, EY will work with the Technology Team to embed the use of an internal employee engagement hub (intranet) to deliver communications and foster a culture of collaboration. EY will also support the HR and PMO teams to develop the onboarding / induction process for joiners to the service.
