Procure North West (Build) Framework

Description

The Procure North West (Build) Framework Agreement will be available to ALL public sector Contracting Authorities in general as defined at Part 1 (Paragraph 2) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, all public sectors requiring access to this framework agreement are detailed in the OJEU notice (Client Organisations). Examples of such organisations are detailed below, however this list is not exhaustive;- Schools- Academies- Colleges- Universities- Emergency Services- NHS Bodies- Local Authorities- Health and Social Care Bodies- Housing Associations- Libraries and Museums- Registered Charities- Government Departments- Leisure Providers- Ministry of DefenceProcure North West is a regional Framework and as such is retracted to the below;- Cumbria (UKD1)- Cheshire (UKD2)- Manchester (UKD3)- Lancashire (UKD4)- Merseyside (UKD5)The framework agreement will be established for a period of 4 years.
