## Description

Consultancy to develop and provide costs for proposals which can be prioritised and considered for inclusion in a Tees Valley IntraCity Transport Fund \(ICTF\) programme to be delivered over the next 5 years \(April 2022 - March 2026\)\. The consultants are to identify opportunities for investment in digital / technology that will contribute to the delivery of the Strategic Transport Plan
