1617-0674 Municipal Building Works - Framework for Electrical Works

Islington Council invites suitable expressions of interest from suppliers for a framework agreement for the provision of Municipal Building Works - Electrical Works. Islington Council is seeking to appoint up to three (3) contractors to the framework agreement. Projects up to a maximum of £10,000 will be based on direct call-off. Direct call-off will be determined by the commissioning department depending on which awarded contractor is most suitable to do the works. Projects between a value of £10,000 to £50,000 will be based on a mini-competition between all contractors on the framework. Call-offs for all projects will be based on 100% Cost. The arrangement will be monitored against a range of outcome based indicators which the provider will be expected to achieve. The details of these indicators will be included within the contract specification.
